Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to on-site home repair services and associated materials (e.g., replacement parts) provided by tims Aether LLC.

Refund Eligibility

  • 30-day full refund (service cancellation): If you cancel your scheduled repair appointment at least 24 hours before the confirmed time, you qualify for a 100% full refund of any pre-paid deposit or service fee.
  • 15-day partial refund (service dissatisfaction): If you are unsatisfied with completed repair work (e.g., work fails to meet agreed-upon standards), submit a refund request within 15 days of service completion. Our team will re-inspect the work, and a partial refund (proportional to the issue) will be issued if the dissatisfaction is validated.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued if:

  • You cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time (a 25% cancellation fee applies);
  • The issue stems from pre-existing damage not disclosed to our team before service;
  • You request changes to the original service scope after work is completed;
  • Work is finished in line with agreed terms (e.g., meets standard repair guidelines).

Return Policy (Materials)

To return unused/defective repair materials (e.g., unopened replacement parts) for credit:

  1. Mail items to the address below within 15 days of receipt;
  2. Items must be in original, unaltered condition.

Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.

Refund Processing

  1. Submit a request to relation@timsaether.com (include order ID, service date, and reason);
  2. Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days (re-inspections may apply);
  3. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
