3. Billing Terms
- Service Type: All purchases are one-time, project-based transactions (no automatic subscriptions or recurring charges).
- Pricing: Fees (hourly/fixed) are confirmed in your booking. Additional costs (e.g., replacement parts) are communicated and approved by you before work begins.
- Payment: A 50% deposit may apply to large jobs; full payment is due upon service completion.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Make the property accessible at the scheduled time;
- Remove personal items from the work area;

5. Liability & Insurance
We are fully insured for property damage/injury related to our work. We are not liable for unsecured personal items or pre-existing property issues.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancel ≥24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees;
- Reschedule requests require 12+ hours’ notice (subject to availability).
7. Disclaimer
Services are provided “as-is.” We guarantee work for 30 days (excludes wear/tear or improper use). Third-party parts are covered by manufacturer warranties.
